I've gotten three baskets from our CSA now. I love finding out what's in it each week. I've learned to cook some new things too. Bok Choy, turnips, beets, kohlrabi, rutabaga. We've even had fresh garlic! Now I've eaten most of these before, but never cooked them myself. And even with all the great recipes on the web, I seem to find myself turning to the old standard--Joy of Cooking. It has some really nice veggie prep techniques, not really recipes per se, just how to's.
One of these days, I might even remember to take pictures!
